Bourton House Garden
Bourton House Garden is an award-winning, 3-acre garden surrounds an 18th century manor house and Grade I listed 16th century Tithe Barn, and boasts wide herbaceous borders with many dazzling plant and colour combinations.
As featured on BBC2′ Gardeners World, the Bouton House Gardens are a stunning visit in any season, with the late Summer planting and Autumn colours proving a definite attraction. If trees and walking are of interest, visitors to the gardens can also walk around the 7 acres of land that was opened to the public in 2013 and showcases groups of specimen trees planted in the 1990’s. Although a guided tour is not currently available, Bouton House provides a free guide to the trees that is available with your tickets to the garden – it’s well worth a wander if you have the time.
